The ground floor of the castle is laid out in a sequence of very different units, reflecting the fact that it has been built in different era and varied styles.

Our project aims to unify these spaces, while highlighting their specificities.
To do so, each room has been emptied and the walls and ceilings have been treated to showcase original spaces and decor; a new unitary and homogeneous floor made of natural flagstones unifies all the rooms. The lighting is composed of metal and glass fittings in contrast to the stone frame and surfaces with the moldings.

The kitchen / bar represents the center between the orangery and the other rooms. The materials chosen for the layout are the oak for a large wardrobe, the metal for the low furniture and the concrete for the worktop.
